MAIL ORDERS

With ever increasing orders worldwide, our mail order service is second to none. All mainland small packages are sent by first class mail to reach their destination the following day. Larger mainland packages are sent by Fastway, who provide a first class door to door service to almost every area of the UK. Highlands and Islands charges vary. To mail overseas, we use various carriers depending on the customers' request. We are continually receiving compliments about the quality of our mail order service. Mail Order Policy Stock Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours if using a credit card. Otherwise 7 working days clearance is required for cheques. Special orders will be obtained as soon as we can get them from the manufacturer. They will then be dispatched as above. We cannot take any responsibility for the manufacturers delays. We do not send any goods out on approval, however this does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment
All transactions are charged in pounds sterling and are converted to the rate of exchange on the day of charging.

To order by mail, simply phone, fax or email us for prices and postage costs.

Payment by credit card may be made via phone or fax. We only accept £'s sterling cheques.

We accept payment via Paypal for International Transactions only:

We levy a 5% surcharge on Paypal transactions

Pricing Policy
We have deliberately not set up an order/pay on line system. The reason being that many of the models in our manufacturers catalogues are either obsolete / to be released / out of stock / sold out, so we prefer to give you up to date advice by phone / fax / email. We can then quote the price including shipping (which we charge at cost).

So if you see something you like, then give Niall a call and he can give you what we consider, to be probably the best advice available.
